ABOUT ME

 I am a blogger, online boutique owner, and special fx makeup artist. A Jill of all Trades, if you will. I watch a loooooooot of movies in my spare time but, in no way think of myself as a movie pro. Rather, a very opinionated girl from Vegas who loves the Horror genre. At Beauty and the Fear you will find reviews of Horror films new and old with an attempt to be unbiased. I hardly take life seriously so you will find that I am pretty goofy and sarcastic in my reviews, if you are looking for some serious & stiff  reviews you are on the wrong site my friend. Since I do have a background in special fx makeup my reviews will almost always state my opinion or disdain for the movie's effects and gore. I have enjoyed writing since I was a little girl and I've always enjoyed getting out of my head by getting sucked into a good horror movie. I am not expecting anyone reading my reviews to feel like they need to agree with everything I say or think and that if they disagree, they're stupid and don't know shit about movies blah blah , I'll leave that to the IMDB trolls. I am simply here to express and share my opinion of the films I watch hopefully giving insight to prospective viewers of said film. This whole talking about myself thing has become a bit tiring so I'm going to stop right here and let you get back to whatever it is you need to get back to on Le Interweb.
